monitorQA now automates routine management processes.
Which sites failed their audits last week? Who ran that audit? Did anyone follow up on the client's complaint?
monitorQA now connects to Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant.
Here's what that gives you:
- Questions in plain language: "Which audits last week scored 70% or lower?"
- A client complaint becomes an audit. Claude reads the email, finds the site, picks the template and creates an audit with the complaint as instructions for the auditor.
- Failed audit → manager. If the score is below your threshold, Claude forwards the results to the right person and asks them to look into the reasons.
- Scheduled reports: failed audits every morning, a site performance analysis with conclusions every Monday.
How to connect
1. Ask monitorQA to enable MCP
Contact monitorQA support or your account manager and ask them to enable MCP for your company. This is done once for the whole company.
2. Install Claude
- Download the app at claude.ai/download or use claude.ai in your browser.
- Sign in. A paid Claude plan is required.
3. Connect monitorQA
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.
-
Click Add custom connector and enter:
- Name: MonitorQA
- URL: https://mcp.monitorqa.com/mcp
- Click Continue. Don't change anything on the next screen, just click Add.
- Click Connect. A monitorQA page opens in your browser.
- Sign in to monitorQA if asked and check the company.
- Leave Allow making changes on if Claude should create audits. Turn it off for read-only access.
- Click Allow access. You'll see "Access granted".
4. Check that it works
Open a new chat and type: "Show my latest audits in monitorQA." If you see a list of audits, monitorQA is connected.
5. Connect your email
Claude can read emails (client complaints, audit results) only if you give it access to your inbox. Without this step it works with monitorQA data only.
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.
- Find Gmail and click Connect.
- Sign in with the account that receives monitorQA notifications and client emails, and allow access.
Scheduled reports
- Write the task in a chat, for example: "Every day at 9:00, show audits completed yesterday with a score of 70% or lower."
- Check the name and schedule Claude suggests and click Schedule.
- Run the task once manually to check the result.
Scheduled tasks run in the cloud, your computer can be off.
Disconnect
In monitorQA, click your name in the bottom-left corner → Connected apps → revoke Claude. Access stops immediately.
You decide whether Claude can only read your data or also create audits. You can revoke access anytime.
