Along with our Corrective Actions feature, monitorQA allows you to create templates of commonly used corrective actions for quicker and more effective resolutions to action items that need to be solved.
To start a templated corrective action, you’ll create them directly from the audit Template itself. Navigate to Library. You’ll notice that you will see 2 subsections called Audit Template and Audit Actions. You can select either one to create a templated corrective action.
To create one from ‘Action Templates’ click on Action Templates and select ‘New Action Template’ from the top right-hand corner.
Fill in the corrective action information and then select ‘Add’
From the template builder, you can now select a templated corrective action for a specific item.
Once you're in the audit and you click an item that has a ‘Templated Corrective Action’ set for it, you’ll now see a selection from which you can choose. Once chosen, the information from the Templated Corrective Action will pre-fill the fields for the corrective action.
