If you need to make an adjustment to a current ‘Audit Template’ you’ve created or imported, you can easily do so with monitorQA.
All you will need to do is navigate to the ‘Audit Templates’ page.
Select the Template and select ‘Open’ after clicking the 3 dots toward the right of the template.
One thing you will notice is that you will only see “Setup” and “Preview”. In order to adjust the actual template items, you will need to navigate to the top right corner of the page and select “Edit template”.
You will then be prompted with a disclaimer that you will be editing the inspection in draft form to safely edit the template without disrupting what is currently published.
Once finished editing your draft, you may now publish your template. You will be prompted again to make sure you are aware the newly drafted template will go live in your currently scheduled audits for your auditors.
The ‘Live’ indicator will indicate when the audit copy is viewable to your auditors.
