Accessing the Data Transfer Feature
1. Log in to your monitorQA admin account.
2. Navigate to the Settings Menu (or the appropriate section where Data Transfer is located).
3. Click on Data Transfer to access the import/export options.
Exporting Data
The export function allows you to generate a CSV file containing existing Objects, Users, and User Access data for easy backup or transfer.
1. Select the Export tab.
2. Choose the data type you wish to export (Objects, Users, or User Access).
3. Click Export to download the file in CSV format.
4. The exported file can now be reviewed or modified before re-importing if needed.
Importing Data
The import function simplifies the process of adding new users, objects, or updating access permissions in bulk.
1. Select the Import tab.
2. Download the template file to ensure correct formatting.
3. Fill in the necessary data for Objects, Users, or User Access.
4. Upload the completed file by clicking Choose File, then select Import.

Object Management Tips:
Remove Objects (Locations): Enter “Yes” in the column under Should Delete.
