monitorQA’s new "Question Sets" feature is designed to simplify the audit template creation process by allowing admins to save and reuse frequently asked questions. With Question Sets, instead of manually adding individual questions each time you build an audit template, you can create a set of common questions and quickly apply them to any new template you’re working on.
This feature not only saves valuable time but also ensures consistency across audits by using standardized sets of questions. Whether it’s for routine audits, compliance checks, or other repetitive assessments, Question Sets make it easier than ever to streamline your process.
To create a new Question Set, navigate to the Library section of monitorQA’s desktop browser app and then select ‘Question Sets’.
Once you’ve entered the page, you will see a button called ‘CREATE QUESTION SET’. You can click on it and it will locate you to the page to name the Question Set and put a description.
Note: This is not the question itself. This is only the name of the question set.
Then you will navigate to ‘Build’ where you will add a specific question or questions along with the response type and requires of the questions. Once finished you will proceed with entering save.
You can also preview your Question set before finalizing.
At the beginning of creating a new audit template, simply select the desired Question Set(s) from your saved list, and all the relevant questions will be added automatically,
ready for you to customize as needed.
The great aspect of having Question Sets is that they will always be available for use for current and future templates.
Each Question Set within the library will show you how many Active templates the Question set is used and which templates have them
