Enhanced Reporting with Detailed Stats and Audit Insights
This feature empowers monitorQA users to dive deeper into their data and gain valuable insights. With the latest update, you can now click on report widgets and stats to explore information about specific statistics in greater detail. This functionality is available within the Summary, Audit Performance, and Item Analysis sub-sections of the Analytics section.
To access the enhanced reporting feature, navigate to the Analytics section in your monitorQA account.
Once in the Analytics section, you'll find various report widgets and stats representing key performance indicators. Simply click on any of these widgets or stats to reveal a pop-up window with detailed information and visual representations.
The pop-up window will provide you with in-depth details related to the specific stat you clicked on. It may include insightful metrics, trends, and even relevant photos associated with the data. This enables you to have a more comprehensive understanding of your audits and performance metrics.
The enhanced reporting feature goes beyond just displaying additional details. It also allows you to navigate directly to the specific Audit or Corrective Action related to the stats. This streamlined navigation enables quick access to the relevant information you need for further analysis or action.
