monitorQA Trends is an amazing feature within the system allowing you to view past audit performance at the Audit level, Section level, and Item level. This feature will help auditors become aware of performance trends of the past for the same audit they are performing at any moment.
For each ‘Audit Template’ you will have the option of choosing how far back you want past performance to be indicated in the Trends feature of an audit. This will be chosen at the beginning of creating an Audit Template. You can choose a trend of the last audit to the last 90 days of audits.
After you publish an audit template it can now be performed. From the iOS and Android mobile app, once you begin an Audit, now you will be able to see the Trends feature inside the audit itself. This allows you to see the Audit Analysis from the selected duration you chose in the Audit Template Builder. You will also see the previous audit score and have the ability to download a PDF directly from your mobile device
Once you’re in an audit section from the mobile app, at the top you will be able to see the Trend for the Section. This will give you a Section Analysis for the selected duration you chose in the Audit Template Builder.
By clicking the ‘Trend’ for a particular Audit Item, you will see the complete Item Analysis for the selected duration you chose in the Audit Template Builder.
