If an audit has been completed in your account, you will have the ability to go back into the audit and make adjustments no matter how far back the audit was completed. All you will need to do is simply reopen the audit from the web app.
First, you will need to navigate to the ‘All Audits’ section and select “Archived” where you’ll be presented with all your completed audits.
Then you will choose the audit you’d like to reopen by going to ‘Actions’ and selecting “Details”
Once you’ve selected details, information about the Audit will slide from the right of the page and all you will need to do is navigate to the blue selection called “Reopen”.
Now that the audit has been successfully reopened you’ll be able to access it from the mobile app as a pending audit where you can pick up where you left off.
In addition to the desktop platform, users can now reopen audits directly from the monitorQA mobile app, making it easier to make quick adjustments while on the go.
Steps to reopen an audit on mobile:
1. Open the monitorQA mobile app on your iOS or Android device.
2. Tap on the “Results” tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Locate the audit you want to reopen and tap “Details”.
4. In the top right corner, tap the three-dot menu.
5. Select “Reopen audit” from the options.
6. You’ll see the original audit assignments displayed.
7. Tap “Download” to begin.
Once reopened, you’ll be taken directly into the audit, where you can begin editing or updating responses immediately.
